IT Business Analyst

Ecublens, Switzerland  • Permanent contract  • As soon as possible

Responsabilities

 

System Integration & Optimization

  • Analyze and optimize PLM, PIM, PDM, and DAM system integration.
  • Manage relationships with Vendor Technical Account Managers.
     

Business Process Management

  • Collaborate to map product data flow and define system requirements.
  • Optimize processes for data quality and consistency.
     

Requirements Engineering

  • Elicit and document precise system requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
     

Project Leadership

  • Manage implementation of PLM/PIM/PDM/DAM projects.
  • Develop project plans and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
     

Training & Support

  • Develop training material and support framework for system users.
     

Vendor Management

  • Liaise with software vendors, ensuring LEMO’s requirements are met.
     

Data Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure systems adhere to LEMO standards and data protection regulations.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PLM, PIM, PDM and DAM, with a successful track record in PLM implementation.
  • Expertise in process mapping and data flow analysis.
  • Knowledge in Oracle business suite and project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
