Field Sales Engineer / Technical Consultant
Spanga, Sweden • Permanent contract • As soon as possible
Responsibilities
Manage and develop the customer portfolio assigned, ensure the achievement of sales targets, in terms of volumes (orders), profitability (pricing), supply chain (deadlines) and claims.
Within the territory of Finland and Estonia, increase LEMO’s market-share by identifying and developing new accounts and new market applications in line with the company strategic development plan.
Proactive relationship with his customers via regular contacts and on-site visits. Identify new opportunities well in advance and strive for LEMO spec-in with technical assistance and high-value supplies (i.e. cable assemblies).
Actively report commercial activities and opportunities using LEMO’s reporting web tool.
Participate in tradeshows and other commercial events.
Profile
Minimum 5 year of B2B Sales experience in high-tech product domain, preferably in Electronic Connectors or Cable Assemblies
Knowledge of relevant industrial domain (industry, defense, broadcast, medical) • High technical background, i.e. in mechanical or electrical engineering, to support customers’ technical needs and find the most suitable solutions for their applications.
Ability to interact internally and externally on topics related to micromechanics and electronic. Ability to work independently and to coordinate activities with co-workers across departments.
Good knowledge of written and spoken Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus).
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude. Strong organizational skills. Commitment to excellence and high standards.
